We ship New Zealand wide and we don't charge extra for sending parcels to our rural or South Island customers.

You will receive your goodies in either a cardboard box, a compostable shipping envelope that is made entirely of plant-based materials or a recyclable envelope that is made from 100% recycled plastic. 

We aim to process orders in 1-2 days and shipping is between 2- 5 days depending where you are located. During the Christmas periods, these shipping times may be longer so keep that in mind and order your Christmas goodies early!

We do not currently ship to Australia, but we hope to change this in the future.

 

SHIPPING RATES

Standard Shipping = $7.00

Large + Heavy Parcels = $10.00

Extra Large + Extra Heavy = $20.00

Orders over $150 = Free!

returns policy

If you are not happy for whatever reason with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@homebythesea.co.nz.

If you receive your item damaged or defective, we will do our best to replace it and if we are unable to, you will receive a full refund.

For change of mind returns, you must return your item to us within 21 days. They must be unused with the original packaging/tags that they arrived with. Delivery costs are not refundable. Sale items will not be refunded.
